Joseph “Trey” Flynn is a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer and principal attorney at Flynn Law Office, P.A. in Orlando, Florida. A proud University of Florida graduate with a degree in Business Administration, he earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2007. From 2007 to 2015, Mr. Flynn served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, where he tried more than 90 jury trials. He later became a partner at NeJame Law from 2015 to 2023 before founding Flynn Law. Today, he represents clients in complex state and federal matters nationwide, including white collar crimes, racketeering, and major narcotics trafficking.

Mr. Flynn has practiced in federal courts across the country, including the Middle, Southern, and Northern Districts of Florida, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the District of Columbia, the District of New Mexico, the Western District of Washington, and numerous other jurisdictions nationwide.

Mr. Flynn also serves as president of Yellow Brick Road: The Holden Flynn Foundation, which supports children with congenital heart disease across Central Florida. Outside the courtroom, he is an avid runner who completed the Marine Corps Marathon in 2022 and the Boston Marathon in 2023, and is a lifelong Florida Gator.
